Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
Spaghetti Bolognese Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced -
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (16 ounce) package
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off fat.
2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
4. Serve spaghetti with sauce. Enjoy!
